I am a guide, coach, seer, writer and lifelong seeker.

I offer energetic grounding, practical know-how, and ecocentric magic for [un]precedented times.

In Human Design, I am a 5/1 Ego Projector.

In both Western (Tropical) and Vedic Astrology I am Aries Sun, Aries Moon and Cancer Rising.

Through a lifetime of intensive study and personal experiences of hardship, joy and transformation, I have distilled some tenets of wisdom and many tools to draw on to navigate being human in a time of collapse and reinvention.

I’ve been intensively mentored by other practitioners, and continue to be mentored. I originally trained in a leadership coaching program for seven years with a group of trainers focusing on supporting activists and community organizers. All of my mentors over the years are rooted in decolonial practice and ground their work in that education.

As a global citizen I have traveled quite a bit and lived outside of the United States multiple times. I speak Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, including having learned to read and write. Languages have always been a fascination to me, as they unlock hidden worlds and unique ways of organizing and perceiving human experience.

I love to nerd out about certain tools, but I am never dogmatic. Tools and systems provide maps that can trace themes, traits and energies. A great map gives precise language and markers to experiences and dynamics that you were already feeling, but couldn’t quite name. A map is never as complex as the actual terrain of your life.

Whether we a specific tool or practice or not, together we will cut straight to your experience.

In my practice I hold the paradoxes between transformation and acceptance, possibility and limitation, individuality and the collective good. I fundamentally trust that living fully as yourself is also the key to true belonging, healthy interdependence and respect for the living world. If everyone was free to be themselves and no one else, we could very quickly navigate from the current state of the world to one where collective thriving was the organizing principle, and the fruition of an individual’s unique expression was the natural trajectory of a human life.
